Report Suspicious Calls & Emails
At First Commerce, we’re committed to keeping your personal information secure. Here are some things you should know and what to do if you receive a suspicious email.
We will never:
- Contact you about specific activity on your account.
- Contact you to ask for your password or personal information such as your debit card number, Social Security number, or PIN.
- Ask you to verify account information within iBranch! online banking.
If you receive an email that appears to be from First Commerce but asks you to log in and provide personal information, do not provide any personal information. This type of email and fake login screen is how online criminals trick people into sharing their personal banking information.
It is important to report suspicious emails right away. If you receive a suspicious email, please forward the suspicious email and any additional information to Abuse@FirstCommerceCU.org. We use this email address for your reporting purposes only and will never email you from this address.
Please also feel free to call us at 850.488.0035 or 1.800.533.5772 to discuss any concerns you may have.
