Report lost or stolen Cards or Checks

If your ATM/debit card, credit card, or checks are compromised, it’s important to notify First Commerce right away. We’ll help you protect your accounts and get replacement cards or checks quickly.

If you believe your cards or checks have been used fraudulently, report fraud immediately.

To report your First Commerce MasterCard debit card lost or stolen, call 1.800.417.8715 or login to online banking and send a secure message.

When you receive your replacement card, choose a new PIN (Personal Identification Number) that does not use common personal numbers like your birth date, address or last four digits of your Social Security Number. To change your PIN for your First Commerce MasterCard debit card, please call 1.800.757.9848.

  • Request a replacement card – then, with our instant issue service, you will be able to simply visit one of our 12 financial centers to pick up a new card (debit cards only).

Monitor your account and immediately notify First Commerce of any unauthorized activity.

To report lost or stolen checks,call 850.488.0035 or 1.800.533.5772 or log into online banking and click on the account used, select “stop payments,” and indicate the range of check numbers.

To stop payment on any outstanding checks that you are unsure of, contact First Commerce by calling TeliBranch! (850.922.7282 or 1.800.526.4314). Cancel your checking and savings accounts and obtain new account numbers. If your own checks are rejected when you try to use them, contact the merchant’s check verification company.
