On November 1, the conversion date, we will transition all account information securely from The Citizens Bank system into the First Commerce banking system. This website, along with our team members, will be with you every step of the way.

Statements will be available in online banking until March 31, 2021

Online Banking

Available for transactions until 4pm on October 30th / Members can access their online account to view transaction history and estatements until March 31, 2021. No transactions can be performed after 4 p.m. on October 30th.

Bill Pay

Payments must have a send date of Oct. 30th or earlier. Payments with a send date after Oct. 30th will not be processed. Members will need to enroll in First Commerce digital banking, including Bill Pay starting Nov. 2nd.

Citizens Bank ATM/Debit Cards

Cards can be used through the end of the day, Sunday, Nov. 1
