First Commerce Credit Union invites you to join us for our Dogs for Dogs Cookouts, serving freshly grilled hot dog lunches for a great cause.
Lunch meals start at just $5, with 100% of proceeds benefiting local animal organizations as part of the 5th annual Liz Nix Fundraiser for Animal Rescue.

About the Liz Nix Fundraiser
In 2022, First Commerce launched a fundraiser to honor the memory of Liz Nix, a passionate advocate for animal welfare and mother of Rodney Nix, member of FCCU’s Nashville Advisory Council. In the first year, more than $4,000 was raised to support Hearts to Homes Humane Society in Nashville, Ga.
Due to its success and positive response, First Commerce expanded the Liz Nix Fundraiser across North Florida and South Georgia and is now heading into its fifth year of supporting local animal rescue organizations. These efforts include organizations in our Georgia markets of Nashville, Thomasville, and Valdosta, as well as our Florida markets of Tallahassee and Panama City.
The Liz Nix Fundraiser for Animal Rescue runs during National Pet Month in May.
